I don't think he lost the players, yet. But he surely doesn't know what he is doing. It doesn't matter who plays, the team have no clear system and tactics. It's all a big mess. Trying to create Pep 2.0 again except Tito and even Tata a bit had some knowledge of tactics. Lucho just seems confused. We have quality players they just need the correct plan.

That's a shallow analysis of what is happening. There isn't a clear system going on. Winning by relying on individual brilliance won't get us nowhere.

I know many will think I'm overreacting, but I seriously think he needs to leave ASAP, simply to waste as little time as possible before the team's new beginning with a new, hopefully competent coach. Tata's and Tito's Barca also went downhill after a good start, but neither of them was figured out as early and as badly as Lucho. FFS, It's only October and we've been exposed already. He clearly has no clue about what he's doing, and is not competent for the job he's been given. Tata was way more qualified. Lucho took this team's greatest strengths and completely destroyed them.
