Luis Enrique

That he don't play the exact same players in several consecutive matches, he rotates and makes a full use of his squad.

Good. Hope he rotates well though, and doesn't do really weird rotations like Tata did for the Sociedad game (while barely rotating at all for a home game against Rayo that we played a week prior). Rotation is good, but it needs to be done correctly.

I'm convinced that he is the right coach at the right time. Regardless of tactics and football his character is something which Tata lacked. He said that one of the most important traits of a good coach are his leadership skills, something Tata apparently didn't had.

Lucho will kick his players in the ass, like Pep did. Furthermore, he seemed to be hungry and ambitious for this new challenge. I think a demanding coach is the best possible option now.

Moreover, he seems to be very close to his players and it's important for him to have team spirit, something we lacked a bit in the past season.

Go Lucho.

Yeah, he certainly seems to tick off the boxes that Tata didn't.

That was my concern. Wrong or too much rotation disturbes the teams rhythm.

So he wants an ugly bloke that has not been in team long and not many people want his autograph..... step up Isaac 'Capi' Cuenca.

Looks like Xavi is going to MLS then :D

Already a legend. Since his appointment the Luiz rumours died down completely and the Benatia ones gotten very strong. Some Mathieu rumours, too. Can you imagine:

Alves-Pique-Benatia-Mathieu

Height, strength, actually something resembling a proper backline. With Pique, Benatia and Mathieu forming a back 3 it would even make sense to get an ultra offensive pseudo winger like Cuadrado.

One can dream.
