What do they mean by another 11 almost every game? Hopefully not what it sounds like.
I remember that I persuaded my parents to name my little brother Luis Enrique, about 10 years ago
That he don't play the exact same players in several consecutive matches, he rotates and makes a full use of his squad.
I'm convinced that he is the right coach at the right time. Regardless of tactics and football his character is something which Tata lacked. He said that one of the most important traits of a good coach are his leadership skills, something Tata apparently didn't had.
Lucho will kick his players in the ass, like Pep did. Furthermore, he seemed to be hungry and ambitious for this new challenge. I think a demanding coach is the best possible option now.
Moreover, he seems to be very close to his players and it's important for him to have team spirit, something we lacked a bit in the past season.
Go Lucho.
That was my concern. Wrong or too much rotation disturbes the teams rhythm.Good. Hope he rotates well though, and doesn't do really weird rotations like Tata did for the Sociedad game (while barely rotating at all for a home game against Rayo that we played a week prior). Rotation is good, but it needs to be done correctly.
Enrique: “I dont want captains just because they have been in the team for longer, are pretty or sign the most autographs”.
:whistle2:
•10) “I will give the youth players a chance. I love to use young players. From them I demand hunger and ambition.”
Looks like Xavi is going to MLS then
