There is only so much that Lucho can do.

The Clasico was also lost out of the complacency of our players. They just don't look that motivated recently and it happens when you have had as much success as we've had over these past two seasons.

I think it would be extremely unfair if elimination from the CL is blamed on Lucho. We did extremely well so far this season given the circumstances.

Oh and please, PLEASE stop taking that stupid Club World Cup seriously in the future. It's such a waste of time and energy in a crucial part of the season when a break is absolutely required.

if he fucks again, and lose against atletico, and win la liga, i dont see much problem, he won everything at his first season, barca is in good position in la liga and copa del rey, considering he is still beginner, barca have bright future with lucho, of course if he is willing to stay for a longer period, not 4 seasons, like pep.

Yeah, it'd take something very drastic for me to call for his head considering last season. He can finish 4th and I might give him another season. But he shouldn't be above criticism.

I mean I have no issues with Messi in CB if its October against crap team in Copa Del Rey. But after he played poorely against Real he does it again against Atletico in CL? Kinda hard to defend...

Plus IMO Rafinha had no right to be on the pitch before Sergi. Kid needs playing time, yes, but not against Atleti in CL after he hasnt played for 6 months.

Id say it is because rafinha is more attack minded wereas roberto is more defensivly minded. So when trying to crack through atleti in basically all out attack mode. Rafinha should be the more sensible choice.

Only answer in my head to why Messi has been playing in the middle vs Madrid and Atleti is because he's tired. That way he doesn't have to run so much. Can't have a right winger than doesn't run enough. Can't possibly think Lucho thinks playing him in the middle is a good idea, judging off the two games, but instead the only solution at this point because he can't be rested.

Is he loosing it? Messi in the middle against parked busses has been tried a million times and fail each and every one of them - wtf is wrong with him? We started to play amazingly last season when Messi was RW with some free movement and when MSN switched positions making it hard for defenders. Now they're just static and try to run at defenders loosing the ball all the time. You can't really blame it on poor form anymore, Lucho had it going and changed tactics that work into "give Alves the ball and let him cross" - wtf...

Why not move Suarez to rw, then? Or Neymar, with Suarez as lw. The way it was setup, there was a void in the right. Makes it easy for the opposing team to defend. And it's clearly not working.
