What about Bravo and Ter Stegen? what about Pique,Masche,Alba and Alves? and Rakitic? and you know who's job is to put the team together? It was Lucho. and don't forget guys Like Roberto,Mathieu,Xavi,Pedro etc who also helped winning us the Treble/Double.

Lucho might not be some Grand Wizard but to downplay what he has done with this team is ridiculous.

Yeah, I am first one to point out the Messi factor but even with Messi there are things we improved you cannot ignore. Defense, win ratio improved even over golden Pep era.
We are playing more direct, we had to adapt to life after Xavi... Lucho and his team have done a lot of good things.

It's as if people think that when Barca has a game, Lucho just meets the players at the stadium and Lucho just sends them out to do their thing and then takes credit for it

-Lucho is responsible for teaching these players tactics right?

This is all on a daily basis too. We have a top 3 squad in Europe now and we did when we won the double and the treble in the past two years...But we also had a top 3 squad when we had a shambolic season under Tata or when we got decimated by Bayern in the CL under Tito.
