It is time we recruited a proven top class coach. Enough of this Barca DNA crap. It is not the clubs duty to unearth managerial talent. The only positive if we end up trophyless or with a Copa is the fact that Unzue won't be the next manager.
My choice is Allegri but I am sure we will end up with Valverde or Unzue.

Latest rumor from Italy is that Allegri want to continue with Juventus.

It's like he is playing FIFA out there. You know how in FIFA career mode your players' stamina ratings are down so you do crazy rotations? I feel like that's exactly what he is doing.
Is there a career mode for the FIFA on Ipad tablets? If so I can now understand why him and Unzue are on it so much.

To think that Juve started all there best players, in a game at home in a leave that is already in the bag, but Luis choose to rest out best midfielders and best defender, in an away game after real Madrid play atletico, regardless of that games result.
Is just really really disgusting, the very decision must be one of the worst any manager in recent times years.
In away I hope we lose big to juve just to further highlight the absolutely stupidity of the decision.

I still can't believe the luck he had to win a treble. I've said this before but there is a reason he failed at the only other somewhat big club he has managed in Roma. Clubs like Celta are more his level not Barca. Especially in a season where our main competitors are neck and neck with us. Hoping and praying Real bottle the league won't work this season with the depth they have. Depth we should have had we not made shady deals getting bums like Gomes on the squad.

We have been closing the gap to RM for months only to widen it with his weird lineups. I had dropped hopes for the league months ago tbh. Everyone would be discussing here that RM have tougher fictures and we could comeback and what not but I always knew no lucho is going to shit everywhere with his lineups.
We haven't been second in the league because of any reason but that he starts shit lineups. There are tactically stupid managers but I have never seen such a retard who keeps doing this same shit 100 times even after losing 100 times. If we make a list of our points dropped this season then I think 90% of the time it would be when he started shit lineups.
And the best thing is this idiot doesn't even learn. I don't even know why I am angry when he has done this a million times already. Start a weak lineup, start losing and in panic sub the 3 best attacking players on the bench and then lose anyway. Why don't you start with a strong lineup and sub them off when we are winning?
You can whine about referees and all that but this guy is the only reason why we are not top in the league.

Lucho made 100s of bad things yesterday.
Lineup is one of them.
But what pissed me off even more is 433.
I had a disagreement on chat yesterday with Sumlit and I Bleed Blaugrana about 433 and 343.
Imo, 433 both:

Why do I think that 433 sucks for us currently?
1. 433 worked since Rijkaard ONLY when we had either Xavi (under Rijkaard) or both Xavi-Iniesta in our starting 11.
These 2 guys were the 2 most suited players for a 433 ever.
Now, when Xavi is gone and when Iniesta plays in a granny-ghost mode, who will play in 433?
Gomes? Lol, no.
Ghost Denis? Lol, no.
Roberto? A squad level hardworking allrounder Cm.
Arda? No way.
Rakitic? Okish, but...
Rafinha? A good squad player.
So, for 433 to work again, we would probably need a new player of Iniesta's type alongside Rakitic (but we would suck even then because Rakitic is not a pure 433 player, for "Pep's era" standards).
Or, we would need to buy both Verratti and a new Iniesta.
Then it might work again, IF the opponents didn't learn how to neutralize us, which I think that they did.
2. the 2nd thing: we don't have Alves anymore.
Anyway, let's imagine that we actually buy both Verratti, new Iniesta and a new Alves (which won't happen, but ok).
Well, 433 might work again in that case.
3. but there is another problem then also: Messi.
He doesn't (or can't) play as a RW anymore. He is weak in defense lately, he doesn't run or press like in the past, plus he moves to a center all the time.
So, even if we buy Verratti, a new Iniesta and new Alves, we will still have Messi moving to a center.
He is not Messi from Pep's era either.
So, if he moves to a false 9, who will play in the center as a Cf and who will play on the right?
That means that we would need to buy: Verratti, a new Iniesta, a new Alves, a new RW plus Messi would be meh (current Messi) as a Cf.
So, this is just way too many things against us and against 433.
Plus, once again, my personal opinion is that opponents are way better today (2017) in neutralizing 433 than in 2009.
433 was a shock and a surprise back then and teams didn't have a clue how to defend (Man utd for example). Later, teams learned how to park 2 Boeings in 2 lines infront of their goal in the center and leave space on wings and that's it.
A lot of people won't agree, but I think that even a prime Pep's team would be way weaker today because opponents just figured out how to park the bus infront of 433, how to leave wings vulnerable since we won't cross, and how to kill us on counters.
So, imo, even Verratti-new Iniesta-new Alves wouldn't work today.
And then, especially Gomes-Denis and Masch as a RB can't work.
433 has been bad, bad, bad for the last 12-16 Months and we are facing the same problems over and over.
But Lucho thinks that things will magically start to get better in the 1001st attempt with the same broken formation.
If Lucho will somehow decide to play 433 against Juve, I will turn off a Tv right away.

I agree that Lucho totally messed up yesterday BUT Robert is for me equaly to blame.
1. Denis - Ok I can uderstand that we brought Denis back, he wasn't expensive so why not try, but after a big part of this season is over we can conclude that he is not even good enough to step up against Malaga. Kid has to go since he will never be good enough.
2. Mathieu - this guy is done and OVER! Needs to go ASAP! He was disasterous every single time he was on the pitch this year
3. To start the season without proper RB was BRUTALLY idiotic decision, and after that we had winter market but we did nothing and than Vidal gets injured and we again do NOTHING. How stupid can you actually be??? We now have on false RB (Sergi) and if he gets injured we are done so LE saves him for Juve and Masche is forced to play as RB?!?! We are Barca not some third tier team FFS! How is this even possible?!
4. We do not have proper replacement for winger position. After Pedro left we were always looking for CF sub. That's why we bought Paco. But Paco can never be RW or LW. We tried Rafinha, Arda, Denis even Sergi on RW and LW position but that's not nearly good for Barca. Arda was ok only against really bad teams and Rafinha is OK but nothing more.
5. And the worst of all: GOMES! There are no words which can describe how bad this guy was. He is simply THE WORST midfielder Barca ever had! And the worst thing is he was given unbelievable amount of minutes. We just have to accept we lost 35mil and get rid of him ASAP.
So to conclude what I am trying to say, except Iniesta, Raki and Busi we do not have ONE single midfielder we can rely on. NOT ONE! One of them is Gomes and three of them (Arda, Denis, Rafinha) are not suited to be CM players nor can they be wingers so WTF are they? At least we can say Rafinha was trying but lets be honest this is his limit.
So it's not only on Luch. Robert is even more to blame for this. We have expensive bench filled with players that can not play CM, RB or winger position. So why the f... were they bought in the first place?
This summer we basically have to buy: young CB, RB, 2 CM players, and a backup winger. It will be very hard to repair damages this summer since it's almost impossible to sell 5 bad players and buy 5 great in one transfer window.
The worst of all we will get nothing for Mathieu and Vermaelen. I suppose Arda will also be sold for basically nothing, Denis is max 10-12 mil and I really don't know who would want to buy Gomes for even 20 mil?!?!
I don't know what to hope for but it's certain we will need a true miracle to repair damages in just one transfer window.

Yesterday would have been fatal for Lucho. He's fortunate that he announced he was leaving last month because he should have ben sacked after yesterday.
What an utter disgrace that was. To start Denis and that clown Gomes in midfield was spitting in the face of everyone who supports this club. We had a perfect opportunity to close the gap and we handed Real Madrid La Liga like we are some sort of fucking charity.
There is a poisonous level of pride that seems to run through the minds of Lucho and Robert. It's like they are forcing that Portuguese shithouse into our squad saying and saying "Look at our new 35m signing, we'll prove the doubters wrong about him".
