It is very likely gomes won't play tomorrow. 99% sure. He usually only chooses shit lineups in small games and with so much criticism for gomes,its very unlikely gomes will start.
I have a feeling he could play 4-3-3 just because 3 good midfielders are easy to chose rather than 4 with so many injuries in that department.

Gomes is already the target for losing La Liga this past weekend. If Gomes plays and we lose big (very likely) then he will get the blame for the entire season failure. Even Lucho must know at this point the best move is to keep Gomes out and achieve some good results to reduce the tension that is at the boiling point.

I don't think he cares about that. Or he wouldn't had started gomes and denis vs malaga.
I doubt he'll move Masch to dm, as it'd weaken the defense. Gomes has played ok-ish as dm, so he'll probably play him again, so he could redeem himself. and licho can shut the haters

Thats the only reason I can see him using a 4-3-3.

The problem is Gomes isn't seen as a shit player, in Lucho's eyes. That's where Denis, or RB Masche come in. Gomes has started in many of our big games and despite being awful every time, still gets to play in those games.
Pique can fuck right off if he wants to tell fans to stop booing.
Surely Enrique knows that Gomes isn't performing at the level that he wants him to be. He is not the best coach, but no coach can be that bad not to see it.
The fact that he made some harsh comments is an indication of his awareness of the problem.
I think that it is just a case of wanting to prove other people wrong. Even though every time he tries to do it by selecting Gomes, he is the one who is proven wrong instead.

We have traded 2 winning years for next 3 (at least) mediocre ones with this guy. Its not like he couldn't spend that money better. You got to wonder where the fuck he got idea to spend 80+m on Gomes and Alcacer??
