Barçapocalypse NOW!
Totally out smarted in the second half... This guy is so lucky to have Messi and Suárez winning games on their own almost every week...

Why the fuck does he keep to sub Rakitic off at the 60th minute every goddamn game? GTFO.
His true value we saw it in Serie A with Roma: CIRCUS.

If you only look at this thread, somebody who didn't know any better would think we lost the game.

Define "real coach."

I think that Rakitic was dead tired.
Rakitic usually can't play more than 60 mins par match and especially not when he played 90 minutes on Sunday.

So, Raki was 99% dead tired and Lucho needed to sub him.

He didn't look tired to me.

People loved Barca of Ronaldinho because it was playful and beautiful to watch. It was unpredictable squad, squad of wonders. After that people loved Barca with Messi, Iniesta and Xavi. This was Pep's Barca of full control, for me the best team of all time. And today, today we have MSN and nothing else, we have lost everything Barca in last 10 years had, we are not playing beautiful football any more except when Messi does his magic stuff. We are also not playing team football, it's individual stuff 90% of the time. It's MSN team.

Barca without beautifull football is not Barca. We absolutely need a new manager in the end of season or we will lose our entire identity. I am actually writing this in the moment we are leading 2-0 against ATM. I respect the result and I am happy about it but I don't respect LE type of football. Some people will call me crazy but I can't help myself. This is not Barca everyone fell in love with.

90% of time I have feeling I am wayching Real not Barca and this makes me sad. I don't even want to imagine what will happen to us after Messi retires. :(

:goodpost:

Lucho did well to tweak the system in 2015. Or was it Messi and Xavi however you want to see it. Pushed on with it as it worked. Hit the wall last February and now for a year does the same stuff. He's just too stubborn.

You guys just need to realize both are probably walking this season anyway. I smell animosity between the two but at the end of the day, Lucho is the coach and he's making the right call. Overall, Denis has looked better than Raki right now and he's gotta accept it and fight back for his place.

Far as Lucho, sure it seems things are getting a bit stale but there isn't many good coaches who are available and could be that much better than Lucho. Jorge isn't going to come and even if Lucho walks this season, Unzue will take over, and that just screams Tito all over again, RIP. Was never sold on him when he was able to coach and he too relied so much on Messi.

Our coach needs to be ready for the post-Messi project and that takes a very certain type of coach. So that's why I say we all need to chill, talk Lucho into one more season and that would open up a lot more options. Koeman, Jorge, potentially Xavi are the only coaches really (outside of a Rijkaard comeback!!) who I think are up for the task here.

Seasons far from over though, folks. I'm just not sold on Real being able to hang on in this sort of form, irrespective of refs helping/fucking us over. That can only go so far...

You guys have totally lost it. We just won on Calderon and we're almost in the final.

It's great we are almost in the final and we are all happy because of that. But the real problem is direction where we are heading out. If we continue like this in 5 years time we will lose everything we were known for.

It's great to win trophies but I sincerely doubt people would be happy if we win CL with playing ATM football all of the time, style of play is also important, it's our identity. I also sincerely doubt we will continue to win trophies in the long term by playing like this, it's much more easy to do this when you have Messi in the team but he wont play for 10 more years!

I am aware Xavi is gone and Iniesta is almost 33 but than try to bring 2-3 players from La Massia in our squad. Bring Alena in, give chance to Samper to be our backup, do something. LE is now giving chance to Gomes in every single game and I personally have nothing against this guy but no one can assure me he has shown so far something Alena would not be capable of. He is bad in defense, he doesn't contribute anything in game creation and he isn't scoring or giving assists so what is the point of paying so much money and sending your own players constantly on loans? To be clear I am not against bringing great players like Verratti or Coutinho in, but they have to be great and they have to fit in our system or you will lose money, identity and destroy your homegrown players in this way.
