I do hope he gets a rest for a half this weekend and the whole match next weekend. We need to conserve is butt for the 5-6 matches that will be the difference between an outstanding season and another Barca historic season. I do believe only Barca has done a treble that includes La Liga, the most difficult league to win. Or at least not one in a very long time.

With respect, the fact is, you (and I'd assume 99% of the posters here, myself included) are laymen when it comes football. You think you *know* because you catch a few games and probably play FIFA, but you really don't know how it works. Nearly every expert I've heard talk about Suarez (including Valverde) has insisted that his goal or touch ratio is legitimately irrelevant because he brings so much more to the system.

But of course, most layman are at home counting how many good touches vs. bad touches, and they think they know what they're talking about. Well, Suarez (yet again, for the umpteenth time) is now saying:

Only 7 teams have won the 'league,cup,champions league' treble across Europe in history and Barca have done it twice.
