I mean that's how you negotiate, this is how Liverpool brainwashed the terrorist to pay 150m for Coutinho, now same will happen with Lautaro.

Tuttosport report that an agreement has been reached for the termination of Gonzalo Higuain?s Juventus contract and a farewell is imminent.

The 33-year-old has been on the verge of leaving with his agent-brother having arrived in Turin just days ago to finalise the termination of his deal with the Bianconeri.

According to Tuttosport, a deal has now been agreed with Pipita set to earn just under 50% of what he was due for the final year of his contract with the Old Lady.

Higuain is expected to leave the club in the coming days and has already reportedly said his farewells to teammates and Juve management with a move to MLS side Inter Miami looking most likely.

It will be hard for Barca to reduce expenses of salaries with a similar amount of dispatches for Suarez and Vidal. With Pjanic and Coutinho joining and Rakitic leaving the club literally has saved nothing.

I still don't believe we'll have to pay him more than a difference between what he's earning now and what Juve offers him. So maybe 2-3m max.

He's just waiting until he can pass his Italian exam (IIRC it was reported he can do this on 16th, so next Wednesday) and then he'll leave.

But he can only sit it at that date in Roma. Hopefully he can find the time :shakeshead:

I agree with that.
I think Suarez wants to find best solution for him which is his right. He doesn't want to go on war with fans/board nor give up his money.
It will be clear in the next few days most likely.

His overall physique and stamina went downhill during Valverdes time here. If he were under someone like Simeone he would have been in way better shape at 33.

Judging from your posts here someone would say Suarez was complete failure for our club. He is Barca's third top scorer of all time. His drive single-handedly won us 2016 La Liga after those straight three defeats. Yes, he didn't score goal away in CL away game in 5 years, but I would say our midfield and defense was the main reason we lost those games against Roma and Liverpool. Alba, Busquets, Rakitić - they all have been much much worse for this club during these last five years than Suarez. I'm absolutely convinced that we would have had our sixth CL in the span of 2016-2019 if we would have kept Alves and Iniesta and managed their minutes efficiently. Roma and especially Liverpool wouldn't have happened. If he goes to Juventus, he will easily have 30+ goal season there ...
