Knew this was going to happen. He's staying because Messi is staying.
We should have sold Messi. We're going to be slow in the attack with barely any movement. The same old story.
Bartomeu said 3 weeks ago that great change would come.... yet, we've only released Rakitic. Wouldn't surprise me if we go with what we've got.
City never bid for Messi not matter how often you want to repeat he should have been sold.
We know they didn't bid. But I'm pretty certain any club would have bid if we had the intention of selling; Bartomeu kept claiming he can't go unless they put in a 700m euros bid, which is unrealistic and stupid.... considering he's only got 9 months left on his contract, and that's he's 33.... and that he's really unhappy at the club.

you need to understand no top team can afford to buy Messi. He wants at least 100m a year + 100m fee that is just not possible. No team is willing to spend 200m a year for Messi.
Have to hope this is Barca basically announcing he wont get paid full contract to leave and can stay but play vastly reduced role.
If Suarez wants to give up more years on good wages elsewhere that is on him to give up a year of his career.
Puts decision back on him.
I doubt Suarez gives a fuck. He's on 350k a week, playing in one of the biggest teams in the world, playing alongside Messi..... he's also living in a warm country.
He knows his career is coming to an end, so he'd rather just end it in Barcelona whilst getting paid a big salary to boot.
If Suarez stays, with how Bartomeu and Koeman treated him, I doubt he's going to give a shit this season.
