So, yes, he could be our underrated and unsung player.

I agree, i never understood the hate Arbeloa got. He isn't exceptional in any aspect but is solid in most. He's better defensively than given credit for. The fact that he plays conservatively could also have something to do with the coaching I think but he isn't very creative with the ball.

Xabi is also another guy that seems to get hate from Barca fans and I don't understand why. Mostly it has to do with his role for Spain but he does provide good defensive cover. VDB is pretty conservative that way I guess but one can't argue with his success or Spain's defensive performances.

So, Caballero behind center back duo Weligton-Demichelis is officially the best defense in La Liga.

How's Camacho doing btw.?

How's Camacho doing btw.?

He's gradually become their midfield mainstay, and been one of Malaga's consistent performers this season. Whilst the flashy Isco has been taking all the plaudits, Camacho has been doing the dirty work and directing the midfield, esp in the Frenchman's absence.

Its all Pellegrini really. He's got their youngsters playing brilliantly and with much confidence, but also maximised the ltd resources at his disposal. He's also stayed loyal to his project despite the Club's fin struggles in the summer when it could 've just been easier for him to walk out.

The owner does not deserve this to be honest.

Sadly yes, but I'll take whatever competition this league can get. With Valencia deciding to go with an incompetent coach we need someone to ensure Spain stays respectable in Europe.

Oh I am happy for Malaga, I am happy for La Liga just saying how some owners pour their heart into this and get nothing while some are pure devils get everything. But gotta admit, sometimes what you need to do is fuck everything over so bad that you end up getting the ultimate best. Levante for instance, had no where to go, reached the bottom, they bounced up. Malaga did the same. Maybe Valencia needed to be fucked over so bad to realize they need to go full force forward. But they would have hit the glass ceiling that looks like this:
