Nah. He probably is just not a top class manager. His level is Bilbao so he doesn't really know how to work with a squad of this much quality. It's simply a lack of knowledge and skill because squad management is very important at teams like Barcelona. Only some managers have this ability to keep all players fresh, motivated and happy in order to get the best out of them when needed.

He could very easily rotate Rakitic/Suarez/Busquets and even Messi at times with guys like Alena,Dembele,Malcom and even Sergi Roberto for midfield.
I rather see Suarez subbed and Messi at False 9 with Malcom rw rather than Munir or Rafinha at this point.
