Malcom

Sell Munir, Denis and Rafinha.

Seriously, how long have these guys been at Barca yet have continuously failed? This is becoming a charity club for them.

Malcom should be making the bench way ahead of these guys.

That's a start. Stop using Roberto and Rakitic all the time. Roberto when he doesn't play RB is automatically put in midfield, even though he's not great there. Start resting Suarez at times, move Messi at false 9 and make room on the wings in several games for the likes of Malcom. Maybe use both Malcom and Dembele why not? One on the left, one on the right, alternating positions at times.

Rest Busi, and move either Roberto at DM (since you have a hard on for him Valverde), or Rakitic. Make room for Vidal in those games because what we lack in control we gain on fast transition and intensity, so it becomes more acceptable because we have more penetrating power with the Chilean. This makes us more dangerous on counters, and it frees some space for Messi.

Malcom said after the game he's going to stay here and fight because it's a dream to play here.

I really hope he is used more often after this and instead of being flogged out to the stands again.

Good try. Have another stat for you. In 2014, Vazquez was 23. He played 3000 minutes that season, in all comps in 2014-15. With almost no experience, and without being an elite talent or anything. There goes your age & veteran argument.

He was playing with Espanyol? wtf are you talking about?

And about finding the resources of time. We can start here:

Step 1. Don't use Rakitic all the time.
Step 2. Don't use Busquets all the time.
Step 3. Don't use Roberto all the time.
Step 4. Don't use Suarez all the time.

But I don't know why you insist with this. Valverde himself said he likes to work with smaller squads, meaning he doesn't give too many chances to other players.

As I said, even with playing Suarez to the normal 50 games per season it will be difficult to find minutes.
The other players? Roberto rotates actually and play many positions. Raki and Busquets need more rest, no doubt. But that minutes won't go to Malcom but to Vidal most likely

Pep himself said that before, that ideal squad for manager is 20 players. And Pep himself was giving same amount of games for players just like EV did. EV need improvement in resting players before CL playoff games for sure.

And Malcom is talented, but he is an attacker, his situation with Coutinho moving to frontline is complicated.
What I am saying he will get his chances, this is where my 1200 number coming from, if he wants more he need to prove himself more like Arthur, and in such case he will take minutes, but it will be from another young attacker

That little body faint to create space for a shot. Type of shit Suarez does but loses control of his body and falls like a sack of potatoes.

For a 5'7 winger he shields the ball really well. Probably is stronger on the ball than Dembele. His movement and shooting is good too. Hope to see more of him.

I said it before but Malcom can be a spoiler here if he was actually used.

He may not have the talent like Mbappe or even Dembele, he's still no slouch either and if used he can be really good for us. I just beg of Valverde to actually use him more and give him a chance.

When Messi returns Ernie should keep Dembele and Malcolm as the attacking options off the bench. Munir should be excluded. Suarez rarely comes off anyway. But even then, Munir as a CF offers nothing. He doesn't hold up the ball well, his control is clumsy in tight spaces and he rarely exploits the space in behind the defense. Not really sure what he offers.

After Inter game, Malcom said that "playing for Barça was my dream as a kid" and assured that "making my debut in the Champions League and scoring will stay in my memory forever."

Malcom also had some words for his teammates: "I have to thank the group for giving me confidence and encouraging me to keep showing the coach what I can do." Asked about a possible January move, he was clear: My dream with Barça is just starting. My dream is to make history and to do big things. I have to thank the group for showing confidence in me.
I will celebrate it with my family tonight. My dream with Barça is just starting -- and it continues. My dream is to make history and to do big things."

"I want to play more. Every day I train to show the quality I can add to the team. Nothing in my life has been easy."
