Insert UCL early exit because you think the same exact team of last season will do better.

Insert a Cl exit for any team without a true Cf in 2018.
Insert a Cl exit for any team with too many youngsters in a starting 11.
You have 2 kids in attack.

It works both ways.
There are pros and cons for every scenario.

But man...

Then some guys are trying to copy that userfriendly gamecode here and don't understand why Dembele-Messi-Malcom and similar things can't work in a real life.

But you have never seen Malcom play, yet have already dismissed the transfer, so how is that constructive? You talk about tall big striker, but there are only donkeys around in the market who are a shadow of peak Suarez. Suarez is declining, and its fast. So what do we do? Pep played with Silva, De Bruyne, Aguero, Sterling, Sane, Jesus, none of whom are big strikers, and broke records doing so. Suarez will probably still play quite a bit for us next season even if he turns out worse than Luis Muriel next season, but dont dismiss other setups working well.

But man...

Arthur hasn't played a minute in Europe, Raki just played World Cup finals.
Malcom, 99% of guys here never watched a minute of his match till yesterday.
24 hours later, he should play over Suarez, haha.

If EV has the balls and plays Arthur more often he will definitely bench Raki. Raki is so inconsistent with Barca and goes missing for so many months, same with Suarez. Do you think having the same starting line up as last season will make any difference this time? We have to go back to 4-3-3 and play a controlling CM which Raki isn't but Arthur is. Also, are we sacrificing playing on the wings for the sake of including Suarez in the lineup, fuck this! We have an all-time best goal scorer.

This is the type of transfer we should be making, we cut out the middle man and bought him at a steal in this market.
2-3 seasons at Roma and he'd be moving for 100mil to one of Europes elite. this reminds me of the Umtiti transfer

all those veterans have really done juve and bayern wonders. fact is, RM won those CLs because they had the best players out of any team in the world, except for us in 2015 where we won the treble. there is no method, no experience or youth polarization in CL success. you either have a championship team or you don't. our cycle was from 2006-2015, and really I don't see us as CL favorites irrespective of which signings we make this summer.

EDIT: even with all that talent, RM needed ref bias and GK blunders in some games for the wins. so there was luck too.

he seems to adept at playing the ball with both feet. him and dembele could play on either wing. maybe changing side during matches.

otherwise is good to have depth. and even better to have up an coming players eager to stake a claim for starting spots.

City and Liverpool are only teams without a big Cf.
Liverpool play counters, we can't do that.

About City and Barca, City have Jesus, while we have Messi who drops to Cdm.
And English teams don't park buses as much as Spanish teans, right?

How will you mix:
Counters, possession, parked buses, Messi dropping deep into one tactics?

So, you want Barca Dna, beautiful football, passing around the box in tight spaces, counters, all mixed together?

Wouldn't it be better then to give away possession, play Raki, Rabiot and similar and just play counters like France?
But even they had Giroud again and didn't want to play with 3 pacey attackers.

I have no idea what you mean by CDM. Are you talking about defensive midfield? With more creativity from midfield and attack, its not nearly as needed. City most certainly played plenty of parked buses and playing a donkey up front instead (yes, that is the realistic alternative) is not necessarily the solution either. We'll see how things pan out, but being flexible is always important and adding Malcom can give us that.

I thought Coutinho's non-EU spot was taken by Arthur, no? Where did another spot come from? Or did I mix things up? Or perhaps we are going to offload Marlon?

Marlon cant possibly take up an important non-EU spot. Thats ridiculous. He'll have to leave.

No it would not. That shit was so boring, that i already forgot it. Personaly i m fine with one or two CL per 10 years if the game play is fun to watch.
Counters with big CF don t guarantee anything. That stuff is just current go to tactic, but it will not last forever, just like tiki-taka didn t.
