So frustrating, Rojo and him were starting to form a nice partnership and i would of let him keep his starting berth even when the rest of the sorry bunch get fit. He has shown more for me than smalling, jones and evans have this season.

Yeah it was quite surprising.

LVG has been more than justified in picking McNair though, he's far exceeded what anybody would have expected of him. Blackett too, although he's not been as impressive as McNair.

Both good shouts, but over the last season and a bit I'd say United have been worse than both of them.

Nah Dortmund with ease. They had to buy 34 year old Manuel Friedrich and get him out of semi-retirement in the middle of the season because of their injuries. At one point the whole backline + back ups was hurt.
Schalke also has so many injured players. Last season too.

Our whole backline is out too besides Rafael and hes crocked so its only a matter of time before hes on the crutches. We have one cb fit and hes never played there for us. Plus side is the international break i guess.
