Yes,but those were coach decision,highly unlikely that any of the coach didn't think that Cesc deserved the minutes they gave him.impossible to think Pep would have done that.Tata was a huge fan of Cesc for whatever reason.Tito health really made most of his decisions questionable in the 2nd half of the season anyway
