Nasser would just put unreasonable price tag and that would be it. There are picture on the internet where Nasser and Perez are hanging out together, Nasser hates Barca(which is ironic since he bought so many former Barca players), he won't allow his top player to leave for Barca, he'll probably offer him to RM instead( if Verratti really wanted to leave).

If the transfer happens it will probably be summer 2018 or 2019. Verratti would have to refuse to extend his contract,

Xavi seems to think highly of him. He urged us to buy him. You know... Xavi, the guy he's suppose to be replacing. Anyone can see he's a class midfielder, and so young too. Stylistically perfect mold for our team.
