This is Barcelona, one of the best teams in the world, alot of players have the dream to play for a team like them. It's never easy to sign world class players because not a single team want to lose strength. That doesn't mean it's impossible. If they shouldn't try to sign them, then which kind of teams should? And the last thing they have to do is sign another average player. It's not about the market value, it's about the quality of the players. Top clubs dont simply sign starters from other rich clubs. Just look at the starting eleven of the top clubs. Where did the players in that starting eleven come from? Where did Varane come from? Marcelo? Ramos? Modric? De Bruyne? Lewandowski? Hazard?

They are not average players just because they came from smaller clubs.
