Anyway, our last summer signings are not as bad as people make them look.

Paco started getting better and showed actual consistent improvement. Denis was a no-brainer due to the clause, but he's been disappointing as he seem incapable of integrating into a midfielder for Barca. Digne could have played more, but Lucho made strange decisions all season and Umtiti obviously been great.

Gomes need to improve a lot and not look like a deer caught in the headlights to become a valuable player for Barca, or else it'll be another case of Arda except he's younger and we stand a much better chance at recouping what we paid for him.

In the end, the midfield still a problem as neither of our two midfield signings have convinced or shown to be good fits, while our luxury transfer of a season before has shown even less as a midfielder and goes around choking 70-80 year old people in his part-time. Didn't sign a RB either.

Yeah I'm starting to feel this way as well. I don't get what the fuck happened. Last year I guess we knew we weren't going to sign any marquee players but fuck this sucks. I'm still hung up on the fact that we don't have a proper right back. (Yes there is Palencia but he hasn't even seen first team football)

Lucas Torreira at Sampdoria would be worth a shout, reminds me of Verratti and is only 21, the transfer fee wouldn't be ridiculous either. Needs time to develop but i'm sure he's gonna be top class. Ah well, we'll have to settle for the mighty Paulinho instead.

Haha no I don't have reddit, i'm not one for youtube compilation suggestions to be honest as you can make anyone look great on them. He played in the Joan Gamper against us last season and Serie A is on BT sport a lot in England. Started to follow Sampdoria a little after Eto'os brief trip there. If the big players are not available, sign high potential players for cheap
Asensio for 5 M
Ceballos 15 M
Dembele 15 m (before he goes to bvb)
Isco for 20 m
Tielemans for cheap
Verratti from Pescara
Debruyne from Anderlecht

I am a medical student, a football fan for 6 years, and I can figure this out.
Can't they do that while being paid millions?

Why not pull a Umtiti, Terri Mina kinda purchase?
