Marco Verratti

It is. It's not underestimated, it's given too much credit if anything. Ligue 1 is quite a distance from the quality of the Bundesliga, let alone the EPL or La Liga. It's not a top league, and it likely won't be for most (if not all) of Verratti's career.

he's pretty amazing
prone to losing it for a few seconds every game though, he needs to grow that out

@Jenks
in terms of technique the Ligue 1 is vasly inferior to the bundesliga, liga and serie a, and EPL as well. And the state of the football pitches can be laughable.
From a tactical standpoint however the L1 is definitely on equal grounds with the top leagues. Thus, whether cause or consequence, most teams have good organization and defense, but weak offense and will to score. I recommend watching a good old Toulouse-Bordeaux to remember how boring football can be

If he gets a chance to replace Alonso at Real, I don't think he'd refuse. But I'm not thinking much of this deal, just some paper talk and nothing substantial. Besides I don't think we can replace Alonso, he's irreplaceable and anybody else not named Xavi or Pirlo would be a step down. So I'd rather we reorganize the team structure especially since more than one star is leaving this summer.

Disappointed he didn't play from the start, was good when he came on.

Hopefully he starts at the Camp Nou, could be a big ask though as he's barely 20. so talented though.

Matuidi is out (good for PSG, based on the first leg), so he should start

But hopefully he doesn't...
