the Barça one confirms that Xavi & Cesc have taken Villa & Pedro's place as our #2 and #3 producers, when really one of the wing-forwards should still be up there. but ah well. you haveta give them credit for producing at a similar level to Real's two strikers.

don't think the Real one provides many surprises. it's kinda funny that Özil only has 2 goals, but is right up there coz of his 20 assists.

the United one is fucking hilarious and is yet another example of their problems in central midfield. it's all strikers & wingers.

Geez, you guys ... He's behind Klose in the pecking order for the national team for a reason. He has actually looked exactly like today and blew like 10 chances in both legs against Real Madrid as well. Go back to the match threads and read it. We were all fuming in here.

He buried both his PKs against RM and Chelsea respectively. You lot are trippin' saying he choked. Sure he could have done better on a few occasions tonight but seriously with THAT many blues packed in the box there was hardly any room to move, and he is best on the run where he touches and shoots, not in a crowded box trying to control, turn, and shoot, that's never his game. Consistent performer in CL says he's not a choker.

it's not even funny with this guy... He needs like the least number of attempts to rack up all those insane numbers! But then chokes when it absolutely matters!!

I was really hoping that him, Robben and Schweiny won't choke tonight, for football's sake (after all, logically speaking cules should be wishing for a Chelsea win, so we can say we only lost to the eventual winners... like that!!) But it just had to happen :cry:
