Eh........Just checked his Insta and he is playing with friends and have used different teams. Calls himself the 'Fifa Master' lmao

Btw, I don't like this massive hype on him even though he is a great talent. Anyway, he is visiting many clubs so I hope he makes the right decision and not an emotional or money driven one(which is not likely, but who knows?)

Cool. There was some hype about joining celtic (he'd get first team football and Europa league/CL for a couple years). I think that's a very small chance though. Maybe the stories are only there because of that slight connection.

He will probably join a big club and play in their youth teams instead.

Don't think he'll join Celtic tbf even though Deila and Stefan Johansen who he talks with a lot are trying to convince him to do so.

What??? Tell that to Schweinsteiger, Lahm, Alaba, Müller etc.

The current coach of Bayern II is probably better than Lucho.

Erik ten Hag is better than Enrique? Perhaps, who cares? The fact of the matter is, Bayern II plays in the 3rd division, and a team that is not that impressive among all the B/2nd teams. Why go to a so-so 3rd division team after all he aspires to play in the top tier? Ajax would suit him much better, and he can play in their first team.

Why would he go to Barcelona? We were "the" destination when we were the best and our board was mentally capable of doing right moves. Bayern is healthy club ran by rational people in comparison to us.

Say all you want about our first team, La Masia remains one of the best football academies, if not the best for youth players in the world.

Despite all the massive hype, which is beyond his control, he is still a kid doing kid stuff, hehehe
Guess the down-to-earth and hard-working vibe people get from him only makes the hype bigger, albeit inadvertently

As I also said above, unfortunately it is beyond his control...While he has certainly showed the talent, the work rate and the personality to make it big thus far, you never know how his future will pan out.
So, guess we wil have to cross our fingers; for his sake, that the media turns it down a smidgeon....

All that aside, I honestly think the opportunity for him to train with some of the best outfits and coaches in Europe can certainly give him some handy experience, and some valuable input based on which he can keep improving his game

I meant to say that it apperently was good enough for them to develop into top notch players. If he becomes as good as them, he can count himself lucky. If he were to go to Ajax and play there as a starter from age 16 onwards, he may easily just have been burned out at the age of 25.

According to Fred Hermel on the french radio RMC, Ødegaard trained twice with Bayern last week, and RM is very interested too.

Therefore, RMC said one of the two clubs might sign him. It could happen right after he turns 16 (so we might have news in the next three days).

Got more news about RM, so I'll post a summary in the RM thread.

Being 16 means he is eligible so sign a contract but he still has to wait for the transfer window.
I dont expect a decision before the first of the year. Its the most difficult decision of his life, Bayern or Madrid, if he is smart then he wont waste any day in which he could rethink this step.

Haven't seen that much of fuss around a 15-16 years old player. This won't end well for him, if he continues to be hyped that much.
