One ought to merely look at how many regulars for Real Madrid actually went through their youth system and come to the right conclusion. Apperently, he did not.

Bayern would have been a good choice, Ajax probably the best.

They will sign Hazard if Ronaldo leaves. Or may be another star. It is their philosophy. Sign the best players in the market not groom them. It will end very bad for Martin.
