We're not condemning him for choosing money. If we were in his position, I'm sure most of us would chose the fattest contract as well.

What we are trying to say is this: Real Madrid paying Odegaard the big bucks means that they will expect him to come good on their investment. That's immense pressure on the kid's shoulders. All we are saying is that he should have chosen a slightly less tense environment. And that doesn't mean Barca. A club like Ajax would have been perfect for him. But in the end, it is his choice. And we should respect that.
