He started against Roma today. Had a forgettable - at best - first half. Rarely involved, and looked out of sorts and timid whenever his teammates decided to pass him the ball.

He is no winger.. Rafa should take note of that..

He was deployed on the right wing but kept it empty as he drifted to the center all the time.. which made the attack stacked in the center instead of stretching Roma on both sides..

Martin is better in the center, from what i have seen.

He is... but Rafa is allowed to improvise & try out his players... after all that what pre-season is all about...

I think Martin & Lucas for sure will be loaned.. the former needs to man-up and cool down the aura of stardom he acquired since his move

I've only seen him play full match (or close) when he played vs. Croatia. Was a disappointing game from him but he's only a kid.
Loan by all means. Those tend to work better for Real than for Barca.
