He'll be lucky if he gets some minutes.
I think he will get some minutes against Malmø.

Was Messi this good in 2003? Srs.

On the bench today, benched for some mediocre and old midfielder in the norwegian league, lel.
He'll turn 17 in a few months.
Messi at 17 was just something else, so yes, Messi was by far better than him, twice the player. That's not an insult to Ødegaard in any way. Messi is among the best players in history, for many, the best and and you could see he was special and made a fool out of opposition defenders at a very young age at top level.
You cannot and should not compare anyone to such a player. That's just unfair.
Back to Ødegaard then as I said before, I see him very similar to James in style. I'd like him to take more risks, more shots though.
Didn't watch the game, but I very much doubt him being on the field would've made a difference if the tactics is to park the bus and then try to get a lucky goal from somewhere(atleast that's what you said was the tactics in the thread). Not to forget he played as a striker last time around with no service at all.
He was the best player on the pitch vs England U21.
Selnes was very good also. Martin played very well, did some great stuff. He needs to improve in the final third, hopefully that comes with age.
Yep, he need to pull the trigger instead of always looking for a pass.
