I'm interested to see where this will leave Benatia. Bayern still owe us for the Thiago transfer and Ancelotti isn't the type of guy who is into squad rotation. No doubt it will be Hummels and Boateng pairing for majority of the games.
He's a good defender, is constantly injured and he's over 26 years old. He meets all of our CB transfer policy requirements.

He's world class, man of steel, fluent in catalan and you should buy him..

So, Hummels' last game for Dortmund will be the Cup Final against Bayern. That will be fun
Just like Goetze. His supposed to be last game for Dortmund was against Bayern as well but he was injured and didn't play.

I think there's a lot of parallels about Marco Reus' transfer to Borussia Dortmund.
Many of Europe's biggest clubs were interested to sign the German, but Recus decided to return to where he originally came from.
It's the same for Mats Hummels - if this transfer goes though.

There are 2 things I don't like about this situation
1-Hummels really never talked that well about Bayern ,I mean he should have known better to shut up at least
2-More importantly the timing just suck .There is a cup final to play against them .at least shut up_again_ until it is over

Exactly. On multiple occasions he voiced his defiance against Bayern and now he did a 180. Sounds very hypocritical.
