We need a very fast defender, And TALL!!

There are plenty of slow defenders and not once did they get caught on the counter tonight or the previous games against Madrid.

Vidic, Terry etc are all not the quickest but positioning makes up for that.

Much better but not quite as good as a fully fit Kompany. He is slow and way too soft. I know he has the physicality but he doesn't use it!

Sure. But Inigo is younger, cheaper, Spanish and with more potential IMO.

He's also a risk, as Marquinhos. I'd rather have someone more experienced. Ideally, hummels(or vertonghen/kompany) and martinez/marquinhos should be signed.

He is strong, good in the air, his positioning is good and he is he best defender in the world with the ball at his feet.
