Well to each their own but for me they aren't anywhere the real big clubs like Barca or Real, even if they have good results they just aren't a top dog on the transfer market.

De Ligt on the other hand is a generational talent, these usually just don't go to smaller clubs like Atleti unless it's to advance further shortly after (like Dembele to BVB) but at this point would it be necessary for De Ligt? I don't think so.

Maybe i'm wrong but i would bet everything that he doesn't join Atletico no matter how much money they receive for Hernandez. Would be one of the most surprising deals ever for me tbh.

I want him here but if he comes we'll need to rotate heavily since we'll have 4 fantastic defenders. I had big doubts regarding Lenglet but to be fair he really proved me wrong. It would be ideal if De Jong could come in the summer of 2020 but since it's now or never I say we should get him!
