It's not just the technical ability, but the awareness of space as well. He's so good at the "pass and move to make yourself open" part of the game, always leaves himself available because of his awareness and confidence to demand the ball. Notice how in the last 10 minutes the attacks started going solely through him. Plenty of substitutes were made, and none of them but Puig were able to assert themselves in the game the way he did.


I really hope he works out for the club.
