To make it at a club like Barcelona is also a lot about mentality. When it comes to confidence he has a lot in common with players like Suarez and Neymar. Contrary to "soft" boys like Coutinho. Not gonna say Memphis is of the same quality as Ney and Suarez, he isn't, but he can bring some qualities to the team and he definitely has the right mindset to be a good player for Barca.
