Pretty sure there are players out there that can?t refrain from looking themselves up and see what people say about them. Hollywood stars have admitted so about imdb forums. Football players also get asked if they do so and general answer is they have done so at some point. And if a barca player decides to do it you don?t think they would come across this forum?

It would be hilarious if it happens cos players like Alba and Roberto would instantly suffer from PTSD if they read the posts about them on this forum.

I feel like Ter Stegen, Braithwaite and De Jong have read the forums on some occasions.

There is an italian proverb "You know others as you know yourself"
I would NEVER use multiple accounts on a site like this in order to troll or steer a conversation in a different way. I get you all riled up by just writing the truth.

What posts in particular?
I feel like the useful players of the squad would be in very high agreement with Bobo32's posts

Wouldn't know. But time to stop idolizing players and thinking they are so much different from us. They are on the internet majority of the time like most. Imagine them during quarantine. Sure they all checked out barcaforum and the barcelona reddit. The two biggest go-to for Barcelona fans to discuss.

Ok I thought you had some examples that made you believe so.

Hm this seems a pretty small place tbh. I stumbled upon it out of chance this winter... PERHAPS reddit, but more likely sometimes youtube or twitter comments at the most. I think though that most of them quickly tire of reading about themselves, and maybe only get some info about journos articles etc when they come up.

I know Depay since his first PSV days as a Dutch guy. He?s a player that can play a 9 but also a 4. His downfalls can be extremely low but in form he gives passes that you scratch your head. IMO he?s to bulked up. I heared they told him at PSV that it was important for him to quit the gym. In the Dutch league he wasn?t even that muscled but still one of the strongest. So in his mind going to the Premier League ment more strength and he didn?t listened to the specialists. He became bigger but his speed became slower. That?s one of the reasons he didn?t succeeded at Manchester United. Would he stayed with the same body at his earlier PSV days he had more chance to do it there. I liked him especially at his first full year in the Eredivisie. He was fast with tricks and gave the rightbacks nightmares.

Eventually he found himself a new role as a number 9 and he did well at the national team. Although he still had those downfalls where he wants to do impossible things he was very important against the big country?s. His confidence is out of this world. He don?t care what anybody say and believes in himself. Even when he makes mistake after mistake, he will still try the same. Very hardworking player also who wants to improve. A big plus only not for the muscles. He looks like a typical baller type of player with tricks but he has a fantastic intuition for giving through balls. Hope he will become more leaner again because it suits his game good

This relentless trying is very admirable in a way, but I don't really like these kinds of players, and I think he is on that "extremely low" level in some of his tries a bit too often (not so far in Barcelona though really)
Do you think he will continue to be a very hardworking player with time and both in bad/good times?
I dislike him dropping deep to get the ball too much and I think he looks for the finish too early, but so far his style seems to be pretty useful, since Messi left...

That relentless trying will always stay in him unless he makes a crazy u turn. I have never seen him different even after crazy critics. He?s a very unpredictable player and his teammates will be irritated sometimes because he can shoot 3 times in a row from impossible angles.

He will stay a hard working player no matter what. In Holland some people really hate him and he knows thar but on the other hand can create something out of nothing and win the match for you. He?s that sort of player. The reason why he drops deep is because in the youth he was a 10 and he has good build up play. He will do this more when nobody creates from midfield. Then he wants to show what he can do in terms of through and long balls. But i understand what you mean because somebody has to be in the box to finish. Maybe it?s better for him to come from the left and have some freedom so Braitwate ( in lack of better players but i dont think he?s that bad ) or Aguero can stay up front.

In form he can produce magic so lets hope it will be for a full year
