Trying to up his price. I assume that he wants anything between 25m-30m (a bit too much + not worth that much), and does not want Umtiti to be included in the deal.
Depay is not worth hurting our relationship with Lyon. Either pay what they ask or just look for someone else.

Well, MD reported yesterday we're still preparing our first offer so Aulas could be telling the truth and we still didn't officially contact Lyon.

Memphis was also on NT duty so he was concentrated on that over the last week. But he apparently said in an TV interview after the game vs Italy last night that "he'll talk with OL tomorrow (don't know if he actually meant that as today or on Wednesday). He knows there is interest in him but doesn't know much more since he wasn't talking with his agent a lot."

I still believe we'll eventually get him. Roma is also interested but don't see them having enough money and they're also not playing in the CL. Also, Roma is on about a similar level than Lyon (if not a worse team at the moment) so wouldn't be a big step up in his career going there. And well, Koeman would surely also play a role in his decision.

CF obviously. Unless you want to count on Fati and Griezmann there. Depay at the very least has the right build and played there for Koeman. Hes not the most inspiring transfer, but hes decent enough. Its probably Messis last season as well, and we can significantly improve the team with some minor transfers (Wijnaldum, Depay, Garcia) without jeopardizing our future. We owe him that.
