Ramos playing a dangerous game. There are over 1 billion muslims. The world cup will have alot of muslims playing that will see Ramos.

Chances are he will have his karma served ice cold.

To me that video shows pretty clearly that Ramos throws all of his weight onto Salah in an attempt to injure him. That is not a natural way to land, I believe he did it on purpose.

Did what on purpose? He can't land in any other way. His left leg gets planted after he pokes the ball to Isco and Salah trips over it. The yank, which is undeniably there, sends them both to the right. His trailing leg and rotation will inevitably make him land on the left side of his body - that is, the left elbow. Given all that he can't land any other way.

What part do you think he is trying to injure? Since we're assuming "he knew EXACTLY what he was doing"....

I disagree. He keeps the arm locked all the way down to the ground and throws his weight on top of it, even rolling further on to it. To me it looks deliberate. He's done similar things before.

K. I already said why he may have kept it locked. He's thinking "I'm going down, we're turning, I'm landing on my left elbow". What do you mean by rolling "further".. This is not static up-and-down, they have forward momentum. He can't stop himself on the spot. His left leg was hit by Salah, they twist to the right, bodies turn, he'll be hitting the ground with his left elbow, but they're both rolling forward and since the arm lock is on, he lands on Mo's left arm. Can't possibly know that Mo did a flip in the air and he will be hurting Mo's opposite shoulder. Just doesn't add up.

Anyway, the news is that Mo will recover. Chuffed for the lad.

The fuck being a Muslim has anything to with it? Do you live in a herd like an animal?

Ramos is a con artist and he knew what he was doing. I'm sure he didn't plan Salah shoulder injury but his intention was to hurt or at least to unsettle him.

Only the Egyptians are mad about Salah and they'll not do anything.

Yep, he meant to dig in a very cynical way. Came out nasty. Shit happens. Pretty common in football across decades.

Some guys from podcasts put it best - if you’re a Liverpool fan or you are pro-Salah seeking justice in a militant way and you start some ridiculous petitions then you might as well punish everyone guilty of these things in retrospect. Don’t recall such meltdowns when Payet just blindly ran into Ronaldo just to give him a bruise or two getting nowhere near the ball.. players like Gattuso, Vieira, Keane, even Souness who is the biggest critic of Madrid admitted multiple times he dug in on his opponents because that’s the way things go..

Look, it's one of those things that you might say is 50/50 - maybe he meant to injure him, maybe he didn't. HOWEVER, it's 50/50 for other players. When something looks deliberate, and then achieves the result of injuring the player, and then you see it's one of the dirtiest players to have played the game, it's difficult to not take that into consideration, as some Madrid supporters would have it.

You cannot say this is an isolated incident and that the person's reputation should not be brought into it. That's what benefit of doubt is; you get it if you've earned it. Ramos has done everything possible in his career for him to not get the benefit of doubt. I think there's a good chance he meant that, and he's probably the only player I wouldn't mind seeing injured before a big game for him - only because he's such a bad person on the pitch and has tried to injure players on many, many occasions, and will most likely continue to in the future.

“Good chance” is a really weak way of putting it and something people turn to whenever an unlikeable player tackles a likeable player. Doesn’t mean he’s guilty.

And nope. This is not Keane-on-Haaland or Pepe-on-Casquero type of incident like people are trying to frame it. Nowhere near. His reputation is that of recklessness and hothead who loses his cool when things are not going his team’s way, not a man who sees a top player and has homicidal thoughts. Name one instance where he tried to injure someone. Kicking Messi after manita is not an example of that either.

Instantly added to ignore list.

How about the two-footed studs-up challenge in the 3-2 clasico last year on Messi, fucking pathetic that you keep defending that scum Ramos.

Absolutely has to be defended from crucifixion by halfwits like yourself who just write "fuck off", post a video proving nothing and expect the world to agree.

Late challenge. Deserved red. Like I said to you earlier, go look up the differences between intent to foul, recklessness and intent to injure.

BTW multiple referees and vast portion of the world who don't really care Ramos dared to touch their favourite puppy agree with me.

I have zero interest in any sort of discourse with a bias inbred like yourself, the point of that video was to show that this isn't the first time Ramos has done the exact same foul despite yielding different results both times.
