Same foul twice.. now go think about the meaning of correlations... What a cumquat  Thought you added me to the ignore list. Go on then, shoo!

Went through Wolfe's posts and kind of agree. It's not clear he tried to injure him, didn't think so back then.

Just a correction, you don't have to be a Salah lover to despise Ramos. He's earned it. But there are such players you can't love unless they play for your team and can spend days wondering how some don't hate them. Ramos being one of them, Suarez, Pepe, Costa...

No absolutely you don’t. But the two go together here. People know he is dirty and never batted an eyelid when it happened and I suspect a lot of it is because outside Madrid and some of United fanbase majority wanted Liverpool to succeed. Never even consider the possibility of it being an accident, don’t even look deep enough into a challenge so grey that referees don’t think he should have been booked. They just see what they want to see, assume they have all the evidence they need and when challenged they go “fuck off”. Just because he has history. And the correct thing to say about intent to injure in 90% of cases is “I don’t know”.

Think about it this way. Imagine if Ramos was notorious for doing high elbows while going up for headers and only some of minor portion them inadvertently resulted in fractured jaws. Would that be labelled as the “cunning strategy of Ramos to injure his opponents”? And what is the evidence that Ramos wanted to injure Salah? Armbar-like tangle leading to the opposite shoulder getting hurt? Lol. This is what that football justice warrior commenting above us is incapable of seeing for example.

It’s nice that guys like you are open to reflect though ;)

It's hilarious when Barca fans argue with Madrid fans about dirty players. Both teams have several highly punchable morons.

If any of you cucks on this forum actually played football you’d understand why there was intent to injure Salah. Salah was already falling, why did Ramos lock his arm using a banned judo move to pull him to the ground by turning his body ensuring he causes maximum pressure/damage to his arm? If you’ve played football you’d know there’s a certain way to fall when you get fouled, if he had no intent to injure why not stick his leg out to trip him? Why does someone with Ramos’ character get the benefit of the doubt despite having a track record of playing dirty? (Foul on Alves etc)

True. Some people will always be judged by history. We often form opinions and later try to support them, especially in sports/other areas which we are emotionally engaged in. It's easier that way and often on point, but can be misleading.

Injure is a strong word. It's not the same as push, hit, punch... saying one tried to injure someone has its consequences. It means deliberately trying to prevent someone from participating. It's possible Ramos is such a scumbag, but hard to believe when I think about it.

He might've tried to scare him off, might've kept it longer than necessary - but tried to injure seems exaggerated.

No shame in being wrong.

This thread is surprisingly quiet given that many Liverpool fans are convinced we will target Salah if the Greizzman deal falls through ..

If Griez deal fails, be prepared to pay 2-3 times as much for Salah as you would for the Atletico forward.

I cant even imagine what Salah would cost to be honest. Coutinho was 146m? Salah has been at Liverpool less than a year.

And i dont think the owners would even send an email back to Barcelona.

I would love to see salah staying there, there's no need for him. And after all those chelsea, roma move here move there experience, he finally found home. So it would be dumb from him also to go somewhere else, underperforming or whatever, i think this style that klopp has suits him perfect.

No big teams will be after Salah at the moment. If he produces another similar or better season then I can see big clubs really going after him but as it stands he is a one season wonder.
