He is a player that still has ambitions. If Saudi are serious about building a long lasting league then the option to go there will still be available to Salah in 2/3 seasons time.
If Salah was to leave Liverpool I could only see it happening for Real Madrid/Barcelona/Bayern. To win the CL one more time.
Personal opinion is that he will stay in Liverpool for 2 more years and then maybe go to Saudi.
