I doubt there's a debate about Deulofeu's talent, everyone knows he is a special player...It's always been about his head, myself I've been a big critic of his for years now...I just question whether this is the right approach again for the player, just because Lucho is taking the responsibility for it doesn't mean it's the ultimately the best decision - just makes it his

On a side note, Tony, I think it's a gross exaggeration to lump Quaresma or the others with him...Deulofeu is a bit of a douche but he's our douche and he's a goalscorer...I think the only question is how great will he become due to that ego of his because he will undoubtedly be a success in football...he just might not end up doing it for Barcelona, in the end

I'm not saying he is going to be another Quaresma, all what I'm saying is, talent alone is not enough to make it at the highest level. We all know that Deulofeu is talented but he needs to roll his sleeves and get to work. He has to proof this season that he has a place in Barca.

Saw this on twitter: Munir = Pedro in defense + Rivaldo in attack.

I just realized. He's top scorer for preseason so far. :worthy:

No. Let him play regularly with the B team, train with the first team, and play a few matches for the first team.

If there is an 18 yr old who can play in the first team, it's Munir, there is some maturity in his game. Real Madrid is a team that believes in signing expensive player but they were able to play an 18 yr old Varane.

The thing is when Varane was signed, Castilla was languishing in the Segunda B. Munir would benefit a lot more from playing regularly in the Segunda and training full time with the first team.

Very composed and clinical finisher. Lets hope he develops well enough to be consistent for the first team. Consistency is perhaps the most difficult aspect for a youngster to overcome.

Barcelona has only 4 first team forwards, Munir will get plenty of minutes. I see him finally gaining promotion by the end of the season.

I agree, it would be better for him to play regularly for the B team and have some minutes in La liga/championsleague.
it would be better for his development
