Roberto's case shows why some should be careful to not writing off young talented players too quickly.

Munir & Sandro probably need some the time to develop, just like Sergi had.
They both have had time. They played a bit last year and featured a lot this year due to injuries. They got more consistent time than Roberto ever did.

They are both just stinking the place up. They have been bad, very bad. Roberto showed glimpses, so did Rafinhs...so did Thiago before then. Even Bojan and Jeffren, even Tello showed glimpses. Munir and Sandro have been dreadful, consistently...and no I don't care if Sandro scored goals against a shit lower tier team.

Just not good enough. At this point give some minutes to Hallolovic and he can't do any worse.

Barçapocalypse NOW!
You could roll a bowling ball at him and he wouldn't control it... This guy needs to go somewhere else and find his true self, for his own sake and career he needs to try his luck in another team...

Agree with this but they are not ready to rotate with MSN...moreover, Munir will never be a winger

See, there's a difference. I always thought Roberto was decent. At least as rotation/backup option.

We should loan Munir and Sandro and give a 1 season chance for Deulofeu and Tello. The problem is, Deulofeu should be bought back since he's no longer on loan.

Absolutley no point bringing back deulofeu an tello at the minute to most likely rot on the bench and end up in same scenario as with munir an sandro.

There's no comparison with bob, he was always decent when he got minuts, not brilliant but showing glimpses and solid.

These 2 are just a walking desaster, not a single good moment, repeatedly.

Never remember any moments from bob before he was this good.He was extremely mediocre who did not know anything else apart from sideways passing.Felt like he was here only coz of la masia.munir has shown more brilliance in the last 2 years than bob did during his mediocre days imo.

Roberto showed a little promise when he first got promoted against Bayern in preseason but thats all I can remember before Lucho came in.

Whats he gonna say? that they suck? that would destroy whatsever left of their confidence.
Best thing for Munir and Sandro is just to loan them out for a few seasons and see how they develop.
Which will very likely happen next summer.

This is the biggest lie ever told on Barcaforum. Roberto was invisible before this season, no glimpses of anything, never dirbbled or assisted or anything, there's a reason we were all mocking him for being the "patient" midfielder.

You know, I'm not really sure what you say is actually really true.

Munir impressed a lot during the previous pre-season and in the beginning of 2014-15 season.
Sandro also did well in USA tour in this summer.
It's obvious they possess quality.

Roberto has played first team football for us in the last six season (three season as a fully first teamer).
Munir and Sandro only played first team football for us for only two season (this season were they promoted to first team).
So no, the amount of time weren't really the the same.

Also, Roberto actually had a fair chance to become a starter when Fabregas was a flop, Xavi being old.
Sandro and Munir will never become a starter regardless how well they perform.
Again, the circumstances were different.

And to say Roberto "showed glimpses" isn't right at all, how's that possible when he did square passes too often as an example?
Actually, he was usually a liability for us most of the time tihem and Roberto was criticized harshly in Barcaforum, just like Munir & Sandro are today.

After years of disappointment, Roberto finally showed why he's actually qualities.
I'm really happy it ended well for him and it's a lesson why some should take easy with their critics with our youngsters.
