Could someone lay out the picture about what happened last season?
He went on strike and didn't play in the cup suddenly, and it seemed he was 100% leaving
Then he was back, and I never understood much of the situation.

Neto wanted to leave in January transfer window and Koeman apparently wasn't pleased with his attitude on trainings after he had to stay when Barca didn't receive a good enough offer (we wanted to sell but only received some loan offers).

TBH I'd try to loan Inaki if Neto stays but he needs to go somewhere where he'll play. Granada has shown interest recently and were apparently ready to make him a starter. I've seen them linked to Sergio Romero (free agent) and Luix Maximiano (Sporting CP) since then but would be great if Pena could get some La Liga experience.

Normally that is the right thing to do.
But 2 things makes this, unfortunately, unrealistic:
-MATS injury, the club won't make Tenas the back up GK early in the season.
-Koeman being fixated in calling 3 GKs every game, this will mean Tenas will be 3rd GK for 1st team and will be deprived from playing time in Barca B
