I think I should have clarified partner is female.

Just in case gasgas is worried I am getting bummed all the way into hell.

For various reasons had family in hospital a lot recently and the nurses are unbelievable in the NHS.

Yes they are good but there is a shortage of them. Hence why we are hiring from the Philippines and other countries a lot.

Yeah they are being stretched to the limit. Lucky so many of them enjoy their jobs and seem to get a lot out of it on personal level or could be a lot worse.

TBH I'm still undecided.
So far i have some interest in Public Health/Community medicine, Anaesthesiology, Psychiatry, Internal medicine.

I will have to see how things go in my final year, internship and practice as a certified MD.

In my country, the difference in salary between a specialist and a regular MD is meagre, not even significant
So much toiling and minimal pay

I want to get involved in some sort of a business beside my hospital practice. I also like research and public health. I could go there as well.
Being a specialist is not a big deal here unfortunately.
No money at all.

Fiancee loves it. She has a kind and caring nature, so it suits her for her profession.

The fact that some of us think that his decision to go to PSG is stupid because he won't win jack is jack.

PSG are currently a joke of a team but if neymar joins PSG, they are a joke no more. With sanchez added its definitely a crazy ass team in contention for the CL.

Nobody cares if PSG win the title in France. They did that 4 or 5 times in a row without Neymar. If he doesn't win CL his career at PSG would be a total failure. It's just a B level league. In comparison with La Liga, who has probably 3 of the best 5 teams in the world, it's an absolute joke.
