For a lot of people only the good moments for likes of Messi get remembered and bad moments for likes of Neymar or Ronaldo at times.

The top players take a lot of risks and will have bad moments in games it goes with terrority of being the man expected to make difference.

I watched individual highlights and thought Neymar played well... but it is Troyes.

For me he may be best in world now but being in France almost makes that redundant unless does it in CL and WC.

Neymar is the best at going past a player in the world imo (but that's partly pace so I'd hesitate to call him the best 'dribbler'), and yeah, you could make a case for him being the 2nd best overall. But better than Messi? Not a chance. Not even now, when Neymar's in his prime and Messi, sadly, isn't. Anyway, yeah, in conclusion: Neymar comes across as a bit of a dick, but boy do I miss him for Barca.

Neymar played well, but Troyes is terrible. No denying that. Put Neymar in Barca against Valencia he is bound to struggle. One major flaw for Messi, is that he drops too deep at times, that's why he looks useless against Valencia. In more advanced positions, Messi is more feared against than Neymar. Only thing Neymar is more superior in is pace and his ability with both feet. Otherwise, Messi will win him any other day. Plus Suarez is burden for Messi right now with the absence of Dembele.

Neymar has my huge respect because what he did against PSG2nd match, when everybody gave up, such balls he showed that match is rare to see, as much as he is greedy, likes to dive, guy has winning mentality for sure


Edit: problem for barca will be when he ends up in real madrid together with mbappe

To be fair, Ronaldinho could do the very same thing in the very same situation but be praised for that simply because he is considered “likeable”.

I think Neymar should NOT have tried the rabona, neither Ronaldinho (if it was him), but I can see people reacting differently on each case just for reasons.

insecurity ? for what? . At 26 Messi was rated along with legends . I feel pitty for those who compare Moneymar with Messi . Only juvenile moneymar fans will compare him with Messi . Neymar should do better than what Ronaldo did at 26 before comparing him with Lionel Messi

Cristiano was far more influential than moneymar at 26 for Real madrid . league win against Pep's Barca is a huge achievement and cristiano was one of the reason and was their icon player . Neymar wasn't barca's best player when we won cl or league

Either you don't have a clue about Argentina's qualifiers or may be you are acting like a retard . Whatever Argentina has won has been because of Messi . Be it against Colombia , equador , Uruguay. They haven't won a single match without him . while brazil are playing well as unit because they have a manager with vision , Argentina is limping with a team that lacks chemistry and tactics which is vital for a footbal team to dominate . Messi is the only reason why they are heading to Russia while his so called world class teammate's were dropping points in his absence . I don't expect Brazilian fans to speak logic having seen players like Robinho getting compared to Messi over the years . i repeat Moneymar should do what Ronaldo did at 26 before comparing him with Messi . At 26 Messi was rated as Goat by many pundits and footballers who shared the pitch with him . while Moneymar is still trying to come out of cavani's Shadow's

And well Barca's regressed attack is leading the points table compared to second spot when moneymar was there in the last season bottling open chances after open chances

Couldn't even lift his team to victory or even a draw for that matter against the 14th placed team in Ligue 1.

I doubt we'll hear from the usual PSG trolls tonight, they're probably in their caves like usual after something bad happens to their beloved Qatari club. We all know they'd be the firsts to bump this thread had Neymar scored and PSG won the match lauding him as "the best player in the world".
