He was by far the best today and continuously shows his quality despite his flaws. It'd be extremely stupid to let go of Neymar. He's the only other driving force going forward other than Messi and makes a big effort in every big game. Even when he's not a clinical scorer, he'll always showcase his creative and dribbling talents.
Give it a fixed system and some good individual momentum and Neymar will shine. On pure capability, he's easily a top 5 footballer in the world and he'll eventually be the best if/when he truly hits his stride. If we come out of the Post-Lucho era rebuilding period for the better (i.e better coach, tactics, players) then I'm willing to bet Neymar delivers and steps his game up.
