There's a CL version in North America called Concacaf Champions Cup and the CL version in South America is called Copa Libertadores.

MLS teams do not participate in the Copa Libertadores and only participate in the Concacaf one. There's different avenues to gain entry to the Concacaf Champions Cup and Messi helped Inter Miami qualify to the tournament for the very first time yesterday.
