4 years ago today he scored in the CL final to secure a treble with Barca.

4 years later, his career is finished.

Astonishing.

I guess Reus loves money and partying even more then, lucky he's not Brazillian, then he would never be healthy.

Name me 3 brazilian 2000's forwards who didn't fuck up their career with injuries, money, women, partying and continued to play at high level after they hit 30.

It is just crazy that some local fans and elements within the club want him back. Seriously they need to have their brain checked.

If I were PSG I would ask 200m from Barca and laugh my way to the bank.

Imagine dembele and neymar in one team side by side on the stands in camp nou injured:worthy: We really need to stay away from this guy as far as possible. Injured all the time and a troublemaker as a footballer and a private person.

Needs a move to the EPL. EPL will be the spotlight of European football for a few years now. He will have a chance to revive his career there, otherwise he is just too irrelevant in France. A player like Neymar benefits from high stakes and pressure, he needs more attention.

Hard to even name one to be honest. It seems like only the defenders are the grounded Brazilian professional players. I remember someone once saying the problem with the Brazilian players is football is their passion, but passion dies out and they lose interest while the European players particularly the Germans view it as their job not their passion they do it because it is what they can do best. And therefore they have more longevity. Like Miroslav Klose compared to Adrianno for example.

haha that's true about the defenders. You've got Thiago Silva, Marcelo and this dooh :alveshat:

Gotta love Dani!

give him a new nano-ceramic coating every 20 years and he's good to go

edit: about the grounded part ... he tends to hang in his own happy realm xD

Even further back tho; Lucio, Cafu and Roberto Carlos had much more longevity and longer careers than Ronaldo, Ronaldinho and Kaka.

Globoesporte says he could be out for around 6 weeks.

I was happy to lose him for big money purely on this basis. Brazilian forwards burn out quickly.

The money should have gone on Hazard though.
