Well to be fair this will happen in the next few days or it won't happen at all. PSG needs time to sign some other player if he leaves so they can't wait until the end of the transfer window. On the other side we need to finish this already since it will take some time to get him on the required level.

-PU confirms the offer was rejected but the operation is STILL ONGOING.

-Dybala is PSG's choice to replace Neymar.

-Madrid are yet to submit formal offers for Neymar, have had Bale once again become part of the first team squad & James Rodríguez's future which seemed to be with Napoli is still uncertain. It therefore seems difficult for Madrid to make a move for Neymar.

That is exactly what they are. They are privately owned. On top of my head I cannot mention a single English or Italian top division club that is owned by socios (club members). This is more a Spanish/Portuguese/German concept if anything.

Being Fan owned or private is irrelevant to how a club could work. A private club can also be well run, (see Liverpool, Arsenal, City, Spurs, Chelsea, Juve), and a fan owned club can be badly runned.

Yes, there are some similarities but it won't ever end as badly even without Messi. Barça and RM have grown so huge (two most famous and most followed clubs in the world with the 2 biggest economies) that they will likely never fall to such lows nor be allowed to do so.

UTD has even bigger fanbase than Barca, & once had even higher revenue than Real Madrid. But still they ran into demise. Their revenue is still massive but it has declined/hasn't kept up with time. You take these things for granted, you are gonna face the consequences in the long run.

A simple question, do you ever see Barça or RM ending outside of the top 4, because I don't.

So, we will have to wait once we go out of top 4 and then panic and curse the board.

These things happen out of the blue, and if not fixed, you run into obscurity. 10 years ago UTD were the top choice for the elite players in EPL, not so more. A bad run of form and suddenly you're out of that elite club. Same goes for AC Milan. Again, you don't take things for granted whether they happened at a privately owned club or a fan owned club. Bad means Bad.

I dont think Neymar would agree to go to Italy.
He knows he would get a much worse fan reaction for his antics in italy than france, violent reactions.

So, basically:
1. Psg don't want Neymar
2. Real don't need Neymar
3. Man Utd and other big clubs rejected him

Only Barto wants Neymar.
For 200M fee and 40M Net wages.
Awesome.

The greatest president in a history

-According to Barça sources, Neymar says privately that he only wants to sign for Barça.

-Barça is willing to make a great economic effort because it is a player of present and future.

-The sporting management wants it and asks for a public gesture.

Stunning.

Not sure why people want him to say it loud when it always backfires on us. We don't need more bad PR with players speaking publicly and refusing to train like Dembele who disappeared and Coutinho who had back pain.

I doubt the club want or need him to speak out publicly. They are in direct communication with PSG and his team. It's more about the press who want to cover it with their front pages and sell more clicks.

Whenever we buy a player in whom nobody is interested, the answer is: he only wants Barca.

I am not saying that Man Utd or Chelsea don't want him in a team.

But for 200m fee and 80m gross, only Barca wants him.

4 years deal for Neymar will cost us 520m Euros.
5 years deal will cost 600m.

The worst thing is: even if Barto will lose the elections in 2021, we will have Neymar till 2023 or 2024.

Imagine if he gets injured and feature in 5-20 matches per season, yet we signed a 600m deal with him till 2024.

Barto is basically ruining:
1. Both a current Barca
2. And a new president in 2021

Rosell's and Barto's career goal was Neymar.
Yet, a Neymar has a chance to be a player who has ruined Barca several times.
1. When he came from Santos in a shady deal (money to Santos, to a 3rd party, to his dad, rights on some kids from Santos, cheating on taxes, Rosell ending in a prison)
2. When he left Barca for Psg
3. When we had to buy Coutinho and Dembele for 165+145m
4. When we will sell Coutinho and Dembele for peanuts to fund 2nd Neymar's deal and his wages
5. And now Neymar will sign a 600m deal

He'll probably get injured again in a first Month of his return and miss 6 Months.

Thank you, Rosell and Barto.
Thank you for Neymar.

That's 100% true. Unless he performs "out of this world good" he will be a huge burden not just for this board but for the next also.
