We lost more because of defense and Valverde's tactics.

Griezmann had zero service, could've been the same with Neymar.

Right now Valverde replacement is the most needed thing, more so than Neymar.

When Neymar isn't scoring he is creating chances for his teammates. Little wonder Messi wants to play with him again.

I doubt it. I'm willing to bet if we had Neymar out there today we probably would have went on to win the game. Messi would have won us the game. Those are the type of players who win you games.

Grizemann is a good player, but he isn't really that type of player. He's not used to playing against teams that park the bus..... Messi and Neymar are.

IN those games he started dropping back to midfield to pick up the ball to create something. He also did it in Brazil especially 2014 WC were midfield was nonexistent

Midfield is non existent with Valverde, no matter the new signings. They will make it better, not not good enough to compete for CL.

Apparently, PSG accepted our offer of 130m + Rakitic, Todibo + Dembele on loan on Thursday. Neymar did actually offer to pay 20m, PSG found out on Friday about this and got mad so they changed their minds about the agreement and are now asking for a much higher price than 130m. So thats why we stopped negotiations. Di Marzio was 100% correct, its just that PSG got petty again and changed their minds about the agreement.

Edit: just read that it was Dembele on a permanent transfer and Todibo on loan. Might explain why Dembele is so hesitant to go there.

Hi, its me..
Sky sports reporting he's agreed to stay at PSG. They said he was willing to pay just over 17m of his own money to make the move happen.

In other words, we dont have the cash + couldn't agree a deal. I guess.

What is sure : he wanted to leave, he said it to Paris, which accepted to put him in the market.

Nobody can pay him right now. End of story.

There's still plenty of time for twists and turns, look how many we've already had, wasn't there supposed to be a surprise offer tomorrow?

Nope.

French, Spanish, Brazilian sources all agree on the same.

It's over.
