Neymar Jr. keeps thinking of returning to Bar?a. The Brazilian's contract expires in 2022 and PSG open the door for a transfer if he doesn't renew this summer. If Bar?a decide to go for him, they could use Demb?l?, Umtiti, Coutinho and Rakitić as bargaining chips. [md]

They wouldnt let him leave for free most likely and while not needing the cash they will want the sales towards FFP and allow them more freedom.

Worst case scenario for PSG is both Neymar and Mbappe leave around the same time or a year apart for little money.

Maybe they gamble on going all in on CL and accept the FFP hit but cant see it.

They have left several players on the free already, instead of selling them a year earlier.
Not a huge star like Neymar, of course, but they have done it with useful players nontheless.

The players that have run down contract have been totally different situation and nowhere near the value of Neymar.

I feel like Neymar is that sneaky he could probably find some loophole in the contract to exit PSG, i cant believe he and daddy would sign a contract as binding as PSG have us believe but its all media bullshit at the end of the day. se queda

PSG doesn't keep Neymar out of stubborness. Neymar is simply the best PSG player and the best marketing tool (see how contracts have risen after his arrival while PSG is doing worse result wise).
Also, considers that Neymar is special for Qatar : he is QNB and Qatar Airways ambassador afterall. No other player has that treatment.

No news about a new contract. He says and he is said to enjoy his time in Paris better than ever before but you know it doesn't mean shit. Until he doesn't sign a new contract, i consider he is running down his contract.

Imo, this year being the 50th anniversary of the club, they prolly won't sell unless a very big offer is made. I can see a 2021 exit.

I hope he will renew, he is a joy to watch for any non biased football fan.
