It's a brazilian thing. I remember watching Brazil a few years back, and everyone had always too many touches before passing. The only one who didn't, was Dani Alves, because he was a Barca player and had that playing style.

He dives , tries to embarrass the Player and make some circus tricks. hasn't some coach told him how good he can be?
