It would be a mistake to bring Neymar to Barcelona. He has too big of an ego, one of the many reasons for our success is the dressing room atmosphere - and I can only see Neymar being an issue, in the same way Ibra became. He doesn't have the work rate to play on our flanks and he isn't going to accept being on the bench as a substitute for Messi. He'd be better off at a club where he'd be the star.
