According to Sport, Barcelona and Santos reached an agreement for Neymar in November 2011. Allegedly Barca has already paid a €10 mil advance, out of a €45 mil final fee. There's also a clause which states that if the contract is broken, that is, if another club wants to buy Neymar, they have to pay Barcelona €80 mil.
